Retail and residential development for Hague Securities

On a constrained site on Hampstead village's Heath Street, the old A1, the project involved the partial demolition of an existing concrete framed 1970's building whilst upper parts remained occupied as flats.
By expanding the lower floor areas and creating new glazed frontages, the developer achieved quickly let modern floor plates for fashion retailers and restaurant user, and a larger common roof garden for the retained flats.
At the rear, self contained offices, underground parking, two new-build flats, a new-build house and converted house were developed, giving the entire scheme a good and marketable balance of mixed uses.
