Masterplan and design proposals for short and long term improvement options for the Penrhyn Road Campus, Kingston, 1997

As part of the regeneration of University buildings, Priestman Architects were invited to propose strategies for the reorgonisation of the haphazzardly developed and constricted Penhryn Road Campus.
Proposals centred on the clarification of circulation, thus giving the campus legible organisation and increased user amenity. By covering existing courtyards with partly glazed enclosures, new public areas could be created together with improved lecture halls and staff areas.
